- Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Standard Products:
- You may request a return or refund for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all certificates and tags intact.
- Please retain your proof of purchase.
1.2 Custom or Bespoke Jewellery:
- Custom-made or personalized jewellery created specifically for you cannot be returned or refunded because it is made to order.
- However, if a custom item does not fit, we offer one complimentary resizing within 15 days of delivery.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or refund request:

- Items must be shipped back in the original packaging with all accessories, warranty cards, certificates, and tags.
- Returned products that are used, altered, damaged, or missing parts will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense.
- Jewellery must be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4. Refunds
4.1 Processing Time:
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item.
- The time for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4.2 Refund Amount:
- The refund will be for the purchase price of the item only.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
4.3 Non-Refundable Items:
- Custom, bespoke, personalized, or engraved jewellery (except in case of manufacturing defect).
- Gifts, gift vouchers, or items marked “final sale”.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or design), please indicate this in your return request.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund following the above process.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If the item you received is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered:

Still featuring a heavy duty aluminum frame for maximum durability, we have now added our Monocoque Body (MQ) for even more power and a more compact frame. An MQ frame design allows us to fit a larger gear inside of the reel, adding power and longevity to your gear set. A 360 degree screw-in sideplate removes to need for traditional sideplate screws, allowing for a more compact and more weather resistant housing. Utilizing a Zaion AIR ROTOR, the rotation is effortless allowing you to cast and retrieve all day with ease. Complete with a Magsealed main shaft to maximize protection from the elements, you will be ready to take on the even the toughest of battles. Available in a wide range of sizes from a compact 2500 perfect for inshore fishing, up to a heavy duty 20000 to take on the toughest offshore predators. The Saltist MQ is truly a prime example of what a spinning reel should be capable of. Features: Air Bail – Daiwas innovative bail design features a hollow tubular stainless steel bail that delivers maximum rigidity and strength with minimum weight. Featuring a smooth protrusion-free design and construction line easily slides unencumbered along the Air Bail towards the line roller for trouble free line control. Air Rotor – Lighter, stronger and more balanced than any rotor system thats come before, Air Rotor delivers a great leap forward in rotor design and function and delivers the ultimate reel sensitivity and rotational balance. Automatic Tournament Drag – Daiwas Automatic Tournament Drag uses an improved drag grease that exhibits a low viscosity at rest, yet becomes more viscous immediately after drag start up. This reduces initial drag start-up inertia and combined with the structural changes of the ATD Drag System results in a smoother drag from the initial hook up. Monocoque Body – Monocoque body design does not require the use of a body cover, replacing that with a screw-on engine plate.
