Milward Stitch Markers This pack of purple and lilac Milward Stitch Markers contains 24 stitch markers (place markers). Stitch markers are a very handy tool for any crocheters and knitters or anyone crafting with yarn or wool. Simply pop one in place, where you have to count the stitches, remember your place or remembering a repeat in the pattern. They can be used to mark a certain number of stitches, the beginning of a round and where to make certain stitches. Many patterns will refer to stitch markers with the abbreviations “pm” (place marker) and “sm” (stitch marker). Whilst knitting or crocheting, the stitch markers sit on the needle between stitches.
