Introduction to Sock Knitting (Classes)

Introduction to Sock Knitting (Classes) Join us for a 5 week course to learn how to knit the perfect sock. We will take you through every aspect of sock knitting & at the end of 5 weeks you will have produced a perfectly fitting, wonderfully soft sock (or even a pair). Everything from needle choices, sizing, yarn and heels & toe choices will be covered.  You may wish to bring a favourite yarn you have in your stash or you can buy sock yarn on the day (arrive 10 minutes early to choose). We provide a tried & tested pattern of our own, so you are free to use it as many times as you wish. You will also need 2.5mm DPNS and 2.5mm mini-circular needle plus 2 stitch markers. We will provide refreshments and a bonus stitch marker. Booking is essential. The first Class will be 2 hours in duration . all subsequent classes will be for 1 hour.
